We are a mother-daughter team with first-hand knowledge of the application process, offering a combined 30 years of experience working with students from middle school through college graduation.
As a family team, we understand the intricacies of the application process and stress of choosing schools. We are especially attuned to family pressures busy schedules, and how they impact students’ decision making. We are here to make the process calm and doable.
Ashley Wallach is a George Washington University graduate with a strong academic background, and investment in making a positive impact on students.
Ashley has over 10 years of experience tutoring students across STEM topics (from pre-Algebra to AP math and science subjects).
She works with applicants on admission strategy, test prep, creating and executing an application plan, and time management.
Julie Wallach is a published author of 12 books and peer-reviewed research articles regarding higher education transfer and retention.
Her work includes co-leading a research program at Compton College, where students participated in undergraduate research at 4-year universities including Stanford, The Claremont Colleges, UCs and Cal Poly Pomona.
She has edited over 50 manuscripts and more than 100 student-written essays, and guides students with every phase of their personal statements.
